Clearing the cache to help with common ProsePoint issues

If you encounter issues with your ProsePoint site, one useful thing to try is to clear the caches. To do this:
Visit the page .../admin/settings/performance on your site (which is the same as Administer // Site configuration // Performance).
At the bottom of the page is a button Clear cached data. Click on that to clear your site's caches.
