I had a successful install, but now I'm getting this error message

ProsePoint error: Missing view channel_editions_archive

I chose the build your site option, not the demo option.  Any suggestions for a fix?

Please re-extract and reinstall ProsePoint.

Hi,

I think you have a corrupted version of ProsePoint. Some uncompressors don't extract the ProsePoint software package correctly, and result in this error message.

Please try again from the beginning. Uncompress ProsePoint using something like WinRar or 7-zip, completely clean out your database, and then reinstall.

Or if it's not the uncompression software at fault, there might have been problems FTP-ing the files up to your hosting server.
