another css Question

I need to change the font size of the title and the subtitle of nodes. They are too big for my site(i'm using Tma2). tried to do it myself but there are just too many css files and for a novice its very confusing.Plus i dont want to mess anything up.
was wondering if anyone could help me with that too.
