I have created a new content type which I would like to display as a full node instead of a teaser. What is the best route to take in order to remove the teaser link, and title, including the 'read more' ? The attached image attempts to illustrate what I currently displaying and what is desired. Thanks.

iFrame
The screenshots are based on an iFrame that show the tabbed menus. This is the effect I would like to use for the channel description if it was able to accept PHP. As for sponsorship, what does that entail. Thanks.

I have sent you a private email to discuss further. Thanks.

There isn't one answer to this because it depends on how you want to do it. Even by looking at your screenshot, I'm not sure how you've currently implemented it (except it looks like a block of some sort).
One thing I will mention is ... did you know you can control the teaser length for each post?
In the rich editor, there is a 'Teaser Break' button next to the 'ProsePoint Image Insert' button. If you insert a teaser break into a post, that will control what is considered to be the teaser of that post. If you insert a teaser break at the end of your post, then the teaser will display the entire post.
However, the teaser image extraction will still be in effect and may still place your teaser images to the left of the post. This may not be what you want.
