I tried installing ProsePoint 0.19 and got as far as the screen displaying a Content.page at http://patriottalon.info/pp/install.php?profile=prosepoint

Steps 1-3 are marked through and Step 4 "Install Site" is in bold. There are nothing on the page but the headline "Content".

I am using php 5.2.6, and there is nothing in the error log.

Not sure ...

Hi,

I'm not sure :(

I've just tried an installation on a test system, and after entering the database credentials (on the page 3. Set up database), the installation process goes directly through 4. Install site automatically and then pauses at 5. Configure site for further user input.

It doesn't stop at step 4. Install site which is what your site has done.

I'll need to have a deeper look and get back to you on it.

In the meantime, however, if you want to try something, I would suggest a full reinstall from the beginning (but clear out your database completely first).

Also, I presume you have javascript enabled on your browser? The installation process uses some ajax.

I got it now.

At first I was having errors because it was set to php4. I edited the code in a couple places and it went on without any errors but stopped at step 4.

Then, I set php to version 5, changed the code back, and re-uploaded again. Stopped again.

The thing I forgot was that I had installed drupal separately first. I installed ProsePoint in a clean database and clean folder, and it worked great.

Thanks!

Glad to know it's resolved, and it's not a bug I have to chase up :) Thanks for posting the followup.
