Installation Freezes on 'Content Page'

Hi

I have a problem with the installation process. I have managed to connect to the Database I created, but the next screen I am shown has the prosepoint logo, Content written on the left hand side and a list of installation steps on the right with everything before install site (point 4 crossed through. There is no other content on the page.

I want to run prosepoint from the root directory and when I refresh it takes me to Drupal log in. I have to run install.php to get the same screen as previously described.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
