Maybe I missed out on an earlier post on this but a quick research in the forum didn´t display anything. How can I set up something like a monthly archive for old articles etc.? There was something like this in the test installation I tried first. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how this works. Thanks for any input on this.

Hi,

For the moment, creating a list of archived stories is not an inbuilt feature of ProsePoint. Sorry, we haven't put that in yet.

(Although ProsePoint has inbuilt archives of past editions)

If you know your way around Drupal and Views, you can create a view to do this yourself.

displaying past edition archives?

hi, beng.

any progress with creating a list of archived stories?

you mentioned that ProsePoint has inbuilt archives of past editions... is there a way to configure this link for anonymous users so that the URL is more intuitive?  i'm a little lost as to where to where to adjust this.  for example, ../channel/19/archive ... i would like to this to be something like ../channelname/archive instead.  please advise.

thank you for your help.

best regards.

Hi,

Yes, if you visit .../admin/content/channels and click on edit for the Channel of interest.

Then under Channel settings -> Editions archive -> URL path you can create a url alias that is more suitable.

(Note, this URL path value is just a wrapper around the URL aliases functionality at .../admin/build/path)
