Installation error - what can I do and how install ?

Hello,
I uploaded the unzipped package to my root per ftp. then I added in the root the settings.php with the 666 rights and after I started mydomain.de/install that message has shown:

i turned it off and nothing happened....there is a message as follows:

ok its shorter than before but ...what shall I do now ?

Hi,
What version of PHP are you using?
Looks like ProsePoint is having trouble finding some files.
Using your control panel's file manager (or some other means), can you see if the file ./themes/garland/maintenance-page.tpl.php exists on your server and is accessible by your web server?
It may be possible the uncompressing of the software package and/or the FTP upload wasn't quite successful.
I don't suppose I can get you to double check?
What did you use to uncompress the software package?

no sorry I couldnt find that folder id dont have default folder....I have php 5 ....must there be installed drupal 6 too ?? I usesd winrar to unzp !
I Only have uploaded the files of pp 025....what should there be uploaded ?

You don't want to install anything from Drupal
Hi,
WinRAR should be fine. That has been used successfully by other people.
You don't want to install anything from Drupal when trying to install ProsePoint. You only need the ProsePoint software package from this website (current version is 0.25). ProsePoint already includes a copy of Drupal (and everything else you need) in it.
Please start again from the beginning - Clear out your database, delete all your existing files.

hi well now its better but after setting up the database infos, the following error has shown:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /var/www/web3/html/profiles/prosepoint/modules/prosepoint/views/pp.views_default.inc(20) : eval()'d code on line 889
Thats what i did :
I Unzipped pp 0.25, load up to root. change permissions of default and created sttings uploaded to folder which is written in the doku and then I started with my domain....the form for the database info has shown and then came that error. What do I have to do else ? Can you tell me what i ve forgotten or what I should do to fix that error ? ( please wrote in your words which step I should do BEFORE starting installing it online )
Thanks so much ..in advance for your help, but i getting crazy if it doesn´t work next time lots of hours of installing i took.

Change PHP's memory_limit parameter
Hi,
This latest error message is because your PHP memory_limit parameter is too low. It needs to be at least 64M or 96M. You'll have to ask your hosting provider to increase this, if they allow it.
A lot of installation related issues are due to the web server's underlying configuration, and there is not much ProsePoint can do about it.
Hi,
Please ask your hosting provider to turn the open_basedir restriction off for your account. It's interfering with ProsePoint and not allowing ProsePoint to load some required source files.
