If I wanted to use prosepoint as my backend CMS and want to use functionalites like bolgs, user managment system and forums in my site, what kind of support I can expect from prosepoint.

From where will I get some code snipets which I can add to my site?

For example:

Blogs in prosepoint has 20 users.

now on one page i want to display selected blog enterys, then how will i get it from database?

ProsePoint is built on Drupal, so anything that applies to Drupal 6.x should also work on ProsePoint. You can visit the Drupal website (drupal.org) for lots of modules and add-ons.

If you can't find something you need, you can always contact us and we can provide commercial support or custom functionality.
