Validation Error Please contact Site Administrator

Dear All
I ve just installed prosepoint in internet server. Server hosted by Planet. It is in a sub folder.
www.mysite.com/newspaper..like that. The problem is whenever the persons who are using proxy despite having admin password also they are unable to even create a story or upload images.The error is coming like "Validation error please contact site administrator. "
I have reloaded the page , run cron maintenance everything but the result is same, getting the same error. While the users (very few ) who are having free IP and bypassing the proxy server are not getting the error.
Please solve .

Thanks Beng for prompt response.
I m not talking about the visitors of the site. I m talking about staff or editor. When they are using free ip they can create story or can upload images so on. But whenever they are going through proxy server they cannot do it . Please solve.

Hi,
What do you mean 'free ip'?
If your staff and editor users can create stories and upload images by going to the site normally, then ProsePoint is working correctly.
If you place a proxy server in between, and then the site stops working, then I'd suggest the proxy server is not passing the traffic through properly.
What sort of proxy server is this? What are you using it for?

Now the error has been changed it is showing ...We are using squid as proxy server
an unrecoverable error occurred. This form is missing from the server cache
No idea im in a fix.

special configuration or integration to work with Squid
Hi,
Apparently Drupal (and hence, ProsePoint) requires some special configuration or integration to work with Squid. I'm not sure of the details, perhaps something to do with the dynamic nature of the generates pages.

I'd also suggest you go to drupal.org and use it's search box ie. something like http://drupal.org/search/apachesolr_search/squid%20cache

Validation error
All those special config has been done. The website is allowed in proxy server also. Still whenever a staff is uploading image or saving a content " the above mentioned error is showing" . Please help we are in areal fix.

Hi,
I'm not sure I understand your problem fully, but ...
Are you saying that your ProsePoint site works fine when users visit it normally?
You only have this issue when they are visiting your site through a proxy?
If so, I'd suggest you contact the people who are in charge of the proxy since I have no idea what your proxy is doing or whether it's interfering with ProsePoint somehow.
