Hi Beng

Im still waiting to hear back from our computer guy re how he fixed previous problem. Meanwhile Im not able to upload images, I get the error message

"An image thumbnail was not able to be created."

I know some permissions were altered in the tech guy's quest to isolate the source of the other error, but I cant see which one would have led to this particular problem. Clues?

EDIT: also, to try to get around the upload problem I have used the external URL option, but this has led to loss of most teaser image options (eg I can define it to be square or small etc). Is this "normal" or just some other permission-related development?

Hi,

I'm guessing a filesystem or directories permission issue, as image thumbnails are more or less automatically generated.

The external URL option doesn't give you those teaser image options because the image exists on another site and ProsePoint has no control over it.

Thanks Beng. The image

Thanks Beng.

The image loading is now working. Action, as per email from tech support, was:

"The php-gd package was not installed and hence you were not able to view thumbnails. Now it has been installed."
