Would like to duplicate "List stories by source" option for another content type

I really like the ability, in ProsePoint, to have the stories attributed to a source to appear on the source's node page.
I would like to be able to do the same with photographers. I have set up a "photo-source" content type ... but how do I create a list of images attributed to a photographer on each Photo source node page? I've cloned the "story_view" in Views to create a view titled "image_view". But I don't know how to get that view to appear on the node page for each "Photo source".
Is there an easy way to do this? Or is it going to be more work than it's worth?
It's relatively straightforward to do this with code (which is what I did for 'list stories by source'). Not so easy with modules, if at all (which is why I used code).
