Problems with channel

Dear Sir

The name of my site is www.tigelearning.com/tigenews

The problem is one of the user royrana has been accidentally delated After that whenever a new user with admin role is going to create any new channel it is showing 2 errors.

1. validation error

2. This cannot be edited because it is created by different user.

Again on the top right portion logout royrana is visble whenever we r trying to go to channel or taxonomy page.

Please help
