Serious installation problem
I have little development experience, I've built the odd iPhone app and I'm keen on getting a Prosepoint site together;
I have installed Prosepoint onto my website - http://www.rahha-magazine.com
However I receive the following errors on the main page of the site and I cannot find anything to help me resolve this:
Warning: Table 'db315708677.access' doesn't exist query: SELECT 1 FROM access WHERE type = 'host' AND LOWER('90.208.114.214') LIKE LOWER(mask) AND status = 0 LIMIT 0, 1 in /homepages/16/d315677302/htdocs/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 128

I have contacted ProsePoint direct and I have not heard feedback since I asked for installation guidance.
I would greatly appreciate if someone could guide me on installation,
Thanks in advance,
Ross.

Hi,
I did send a followup email with some questions. Maybe it got lost in your inbox (around Jan 27th). In any case, it's copied below. Please answer the questions if you can.
> Hmmm ... that's actually quite bad. You are missing tables from your
database. I think you will need to reinstall because they may be other
problems as well.
> Before you reinstall though, can I ask, how did you install this in
the first place? And did you get any error messages during the
process? Or did you get a blank screen at any point?
