TM Rev 2 and Removing "News" tag from Front Page
I want to remove the "News" tag at the top of the front page. I read that you could add a bit of php code to stop this. However, I can't find my tma rev. 2 theme location and I don't see a "tma_custom" folder where the php file is supposed to go. Any help? Thanks.
Since I cannot successfully use the tm custom theme (creates [too many processes] error) to remove the "News" tag on the front page of the rev 2 default theme, is there a way to apply the same fix to the default theme?
Hi,
The correct way is to get the customisation subtheme installed and working (and I have noted your other forum thread about this issue).
It's recommended that you don't change the default theme in any way ... because such changes can easily be accidentally overwritten in future upgrades.
Hmmm ... or alternatively, I chould implement this as a new feature ... let me think about it.
But it's still a good idea to sort out why your customisation subtheme isn't working.
Hi,
I've implemented an additional channel setting to optionally show or hide the channel title on channel pages.
However, the changes affect about 6 source files so it's complex enough that I'd rather not provide instructions on how to hand patch your site. I'd prefer that you wait for the next ProsePoint release (probably 0.33) which will incorporate this new functionality.
Thank you.
ProsePoint 0.33 has been released. It contains a new channel setting which can optionally hide the channel title.

Hi,
