A Default Grid Layout

I'd like to see something in between the blog layout and the composite layout: a default grid. For those of us who aren't designers and don't want to tinker with just the right combination of articles, blocks and photos, a predesigned grid layout would be a nice option.
Noted. Might be difficult and will require some thought though. Thanks for the suggestion.
