Enable features in prosepoint editor

I would like to enable the text background color. It seems the prosepoint editor utilizes tinymce which I know has this function. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You mean the text background color in the Visual Editor editing textarea? There is a tinymce_content.css in your theme which controls the css styles for this.

actually what i'm looking to do is enable the button in the tinymce gui that lets a user select a portion of text and then set the background color just for that selection, similar to the "Select text color" thats enabled by default.

Hi,

Sorry, but that's not available in ProsePoint's implementation of tinymce. The ProsePoint Visual Editor is intentionally not configurable so it works out of the box without any further setting up.

If you are a developer you could try modifying it to suit yourself, but we don't support it.
