Can not login to take Prosepoint out of maintenance mode

How do you login or manually take prosepoint out of maintenance mode?  I tried using this url replaced by my name ofcourse to no avail.....http://www.example.com/?q=admin/settings/site-maintenance.

Visit .../user and log back in

Presuming that your site is functional and there are no operational issues, all you have to do is log back in as a privileged user.

Visit .../user on your site ie. http://www.example.com/?q=user to bring up the login page.

I appreciate your response. 

I appreciate your response.  But since there was nothing really on it and what I was going to do was move to a new server. I just blew the config loaded prosepoint 0.16 and tried to restore the database but there was another issue and not for this thread.  I will replicate it again to see if it works.  I honestly think something screwy happened after I upgraded the first time to 0.16 with and semi-active site.
