INSTALLATION PROSEPOINT HELP

Hi,
I have a problem with the installation of Prose Point.
I followed the guide step by step but does not work. The installation I did FTP Server on Aruba where I bought time ago, a domain and hosting which includes options for Windows / Linux 5 database already configured. On some of these DB I have successfully installed some CMS like drupal, joomla, wordpress etc.
I followed these steps:
1) I unpacked the compressed package-prosepoint 00:34. on my computer
2) I created a folder in the main root called "journal"
3) in the "Jornal" I uploaded the unzipped contents of the package, such as "includes, misc, modules, profiles, sites etc."
4) I renamed the file setting.php default.setting.php in the folder sites/default
5) I gave permission to the default folder (777) and setting.php (666) as described in the guide.
6) I open the browser by typing various routes but the screen viewing experience for the installation there is no trace. Can not see anything.

I tried everything. I do not know really how to do
What's wrong?
What is the error
Which route should I type to access the configuration panel of the Database and the Site?
