Theme Marketplace Guide

Welcome to the ProsePoint theme marketplace. Here you can find themes to use for your ProsePoint website.

Please note these are commercial themes. They are not free. We hope that, by attaching a commercial incentive, we encourage prospective designers to make really great themes for you to use.

ProsePoint Feature Set

Each theme in the marketplace is ProsePoint ready. It will support all the standard features of ProsePoint.

As new features are added to ProsePoint, the themes here will be updated to support them. If you purchase a theme, you are entitled to all future updates of that theme.

User Registration

You don't need to be registered to purchase anything from this site. However, you need to be logged in to download your purchases.

If you are not registered, you will be asked for an email address during checkout and a user account will be registered for you automatically.

If you are already registered, you are advised to log in before purchasing anything so that we don't accidentally create a duplicate account for you.

License

The themes in the marketplace are licensed under the ProsePoint Commercial Theme License (PCTL).

When you purchase a theme from the marketplace, you are purchasing a license to use a single copy of that theme. The essence of the license is as follows:

  • You may use and modify the theme in any way you wish, but
  • You may only use it on one (1) website, and
  • You may not sell or redistribute the theme.

If you wish to use a theme on more than one website, you must purchase a separate copy for each website.

We ask that ProsePoint users please be ethical and abide by the license conditions when purchasing and using a theme.

Viewing Orders and Downloading Files

To view your orders, visit My account (in the Navigation menu on the right), and then click on Orders.

To view files which you are eligible to download, visit My account (in the Navigation menu on the right), and then click on Files.

You are only allowed to download each file a limited number of times. If you exceed this limit and need to download a file again, please contact us.

Operated by ThinkLeft

The theme marketplace is operated by ThinkLeft. Any purchases you make will appear on your credit card statement with ThinkLeft as the seller.

If you pay by PayPal (as of writing, this is the only enabled payment method), PayPal's payment gateway displays ThinkLeft as the seller name, not ProsePoint. Please don't be confused or surprised by this. It is correct.

Third party submissions

We encourage theme submissions from prospective authors and designers. Please contact us for more information.

Ubercart

For those who are interested, the ecommerce functionality on this website is provided by Ubercart (www.ubercart.org). Ubercart is a Drupal module, and hence, compatible with ProsePoint. However, it is not part of ProsePoint, and is not included in the ProsePoint software package.
